Not sure you have the right FaceBook address for your site listed on your wordpress blog. You have listed https://www.facebook.com/southern.appalachian
Unfortunately others have named their facebook pages the same as ours, as facebook doesn’t require unique identities. My link works but I think it is because I’ve already been there.
